faq
Do I need to be an experienced creative to get the most out of this?
No, you can join the club regardless of your experience level. If you have never tried visual arts, this is a great way to get started! If you do have experience, join the club as a way to receive new inspiration and ideas. I am keeping in mind all levels and backgrounds when creating each month's mail.
Do I need to have specific materials and supplies?
I have tried to create projects that can be done with what I've provided and basic supplies that most people have at home (glue, scissors, pencil, paint brush, etc.). My goal is to have you use what you have. If I do suggest that you purchase something, I will provide different options and keep the price point low.
What happens if I don't receive my mail?
If it's been quite some time and you haven't received anything, please let me know. Each scenario will be reviewed on a case by case basis. My general policy is that I will replace mail once. If it continues to get lost then I will reach out and cancel your subscription and issue any refunds as needed. Please note mail can take several weeks or more to arrive for international mail! I am shipping from WA, USA.
When will my monthly mail ship?
Mail will typically ship around the end of the prior month or early during the month. For example: mail for June will be shipped at the end of May/early June. You will receive an email notification when your mail is on its way!
How long will it take to arrive?
Please allow approx. 7-14 business days for US orders and up to 30 business days for international orders after receiving your fulfillment notification.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes. If you have any questions or issues with your subscription, please email me, Olivia, at [email protected].
Is there tracking?
No, your mail will be shipped in a stamped envelope like a letter. This helps keep the shipping cost and overall price lower.
Can I get a subscription as a gift?
Yes, however the cut off for gift subscriptions for 2026 has passed. A one time purchase of an annual subscription (Jan 2026 - Dec 2026) can be purchased on my website, atiliay.com. This is available for both US and International orders. You will receive a gift certificate PDF to print out at home in case you'd like something physical to gift.
